We were appointed by a longstanding commercial partner to deliver a full refurbishment of their existing office space, along with a two‑part extension to increase capacity and improve day‑to‑day functionality.
This project was one of the most extensive we’ve completed for them and resulted in a significantly improved working environment with increased space, modern facilities and enhanced security.
The new layout supports better workflow, provides additional meeting capacity and presents a professional, welcoming first impression for staff and visitors.

To support the expanded footprint, we installed a new oil boiler within a bespoke external housing unit, freeing up internal space.
